Nomination Form / Program Registration
Thank you for taking the time to nominate a Bright Light in a young child’s life.
This is a new recognition program, sponsored by the New York State Association for Infant Mental Health (NYS-AIMH), for people who are helping young children develop mentally, physically, socially and emotionally.
Project Bright Lights nominations are being collected beginning March 16 through June 21 at 9pm PST.
By nominating a person for this recognition you are agreeing that all information provided for both you and the nominee is correct and that names and tributes can be used in print and online to promote the program.
All nominees will be made aware of their nomination and will approve it to be featured on the NYS-AIMH website. They will also receive a Project Bright Lights certificate and special thank you.
