Monthly Small Group Reflective Supervision

for HFNY Program Managers and Supervisors

NYS-AIMH is offering a 12-month reflective consultation group experience for HFNY Program Managers and Supervisors, beginning September 2024.   Program Managers will have their own group and Program Supervisors will have their own group. The groups will meet monthly for 90 minutes and will be facilitated by an endorsed qualified provider of reflective supervision.
The purpose of the group is to offer you the opportunity to connect and join with colleagues in your role. You'll reflect on your work, recognize common ground, build relationships and learn together.  The hours spent in this group will count towards RSC hours needed to earn the Endorsed Reflective Supervisor endorsement through NYS-AIMH!

  • The Program Manager group will meet on the 3rd Wed. of the month, 9:30 am-11:00am
These groups will serve to meet the RS/C requirements for The NYS-AIMH Endorsement®. This is a wonderful opportunity for those ready to commit to monthly, 90 minute meetings with their small group “team,” to share their work – celebrate successes, get help with challenges, -and hear others share their work; and to have their experiences held by a skilled facilitator - Jennifer Mural.

Jenny earned her Master’s in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and has over 15 years of experience supporting the social and emotional growth of children and families. For the past 7 years, she has received specialized training in Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health and Reflective Supervision, with extensive experience facilitating groups for professionals who work with infants, young children, and their families. Jenny is passionate about fostering environments that promote personal growth, self-reflection, and collaborative learning. She is currently endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Specialist and Reflective Supervisor (IMH-E®) through the New York State Association of Infant Mental Health.
